Kick things off at the Royal Pub with a cheeky drink — happy hour runs regularly, so just ask the staff. If the boys need convincing, there's pool too. Everyone wins.
Then, conveniently located in the same building, head to Totti's for the kind of pasta that makes you question why you ever bothered cooking at home. Order the bread and burrata. Don't overthink it. Don't pretend you're "saving room". It's basically the Totti's initiation ceremony. Sharing is the assignment here, so don't be the person guarding their own main like it's a family heirloom. Order a bit of everything, steal a bite from someone else's plate, and let the cocktails slowly convince you that going home is no longer on the agenda.
Finish upstairs at Ravesis because, honestly, nobody is going home after a Bondi dinner. DJs kick off from 9pm.
Tomorrow's headache may disagree, but this one ticks every Bondi box: pub, pasta, cocktails, rooftop and a few decisions you'll happily make again. Worth it.
Pub session → Italian dinner → rooftop nightcap
